Get that boat ready!  It's been a slow slow start to summer so you might not have had your boat out much yet this year.  We finally have some nice weather and with the upcoming 4th of July holiday make sure you boat is sea worthy before you head out on the water. 

A few things to check on and make sure you have them all set to go this weekend.  Be prepared...it's a big deal your boat!

Approved life jackets and floatation devices for each person

• Fire extinguisher(s)
• Boat lights - always test them first if you are planning on being out after sunset
• Emergency supplies - keep on board in a floating pouch: maps, flares, first aid kit
• Anchor and rope
• Sunscreen

And remember, don't drink and boat.
