Brock has been a licensed insurance agent since 1999 and holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.

Brock grew up in Willmar, MN and graduated with a B.A.S. degree from the University of Minnesota - Duluth. In 2008, he purchased Lakeside Agency, changed its name to Lakeside Insurance Brokers and expanded its office in Burnsville, adding experienced independent agents to better serve clients.

Brock currently lives in Chanhassen with his wife and two sons. His hobbies include hunting, golfing, going to sporting events, and spending time with family and friends. Brock is also the owner of Freedom Insurance Agency Inc., a network of independent insurance agency throughout Minnesota, North Dakota and Georgia, Wise Insurance Agency in Chaska, MN and a founding partner in Joint Insurance Ventures (JIVE).
